We talk for 30 minutes. You share what's going on, ask every question you have, and we figure out together whether this is the right fit, no pressure.

About

A practice built on
depth and warmth.

I came to hypnotherapy through a long fascination with how the mind actually works, not just its surface behavior, but the deeper layers where our real drives, fears, and potential live.

What I found is that the most effective change doesn't happen through force or discipline; it happens when you create the right conditions inside the mind, and then simply invite something new. Hypnotherapy is the most direct way I know to create those conditions.

I work with a small number of clients at a time so each person receives genuine attention and a truly tailored approach. I'm currently completing my certification and offering sessions at a reduced introductory rate.
